This week went much smoother, I think you will all agree.    We started to get into our feature topic of stress, introducing Hans Selye’s General Adaptation Syndrome.  We touched on the stress hormones, adrenalin and cortisol a bit.  We had some great news and the links to those follow this post.  Our product special, Adrenal Assist, is a wonderful product made by Vitanica, that helps the adrenal glands – enhancing resistance to stress and supporting the body response system during prolonged periods of stress.  We didn’t get time to elaborate on this very effective product, but we will next week.  Until then, think and be well.
